Pet Policy
ANIMALS: No more than three pets will be permitted per apartment. Before a pet may live within the apartment, an animal addendum is required to be signed and applicable fees are required to be paid. In
addition, pet photos and veterinarian documentation are required to be provided to management. Pet interviews may be required at any time.
No weight limits
3 pets max
Pet Fees: $350 for the 1st pet, $250 for the 2nd pet, and $150 for the 3rd pet.
Pet Rent: $15/pet monthly
Breed restrictions include but not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Akita, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, and any mixture of these breeds.
